Account and personal data deletion request
XI League allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to delete your account, what information will be deleted, and what information may be retained.
If you can access your XI League account, you may request account deletion directly from inside the app using the following path:
Profile > Settings > Delete Account
After submitting a deletion request, your account will be reviewed and deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required for security, legal, or fraud prevention purposes.
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us.

When your account is deleted, XI League will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including:
Some information may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form where necessary to preserve the integrity of competitions, leaderboards, private leagues, security records, or legal obligations.
Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to your predictions, points, rankings, private leagues, and other account-related features.
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 to 30 days after we verify the account owner. We may contact you if additional verification is needed before completing the request.
